At Fraser Valley Child Development Centre, we believe in nurturing every family member’s journey, especially the siblings of children with support needs. This November, we are thrilled to host two Sibshops events, one in Abbotsford and one in Chilliwack, designed specifically for the brothers and sisters of children with support needs, aged 7 to 12.
Why Sibshops?
Sibshops are interactive workshops that provide a mix of fun, friendship, and discussions for siblings of children with special needs. They offer a fantastic opportunity for siblings to acknowledge the importance of their roles in a supportive, energetic, and non-judgmental environment. It’s not just about discussion—there are plenty of fun activities, crafts, and games that keep everyone engaged and entertained.
