Let's Sign
This class is for children who are part of the Infant Development Program at the FVCDC and their parents who would like to learn how to use American Sign Language. Throughout the five week class you will be taught over 200 signs and 10 songs. This will allow you to choose which signs you would like to use with your child. Information and tips on how to use these signs will also be covered in the class. All classes will be held at the FVCDC in the designated city.

Have you thought about playing wheelchair basketball? It's challenging. It's exciting. It's a great way to keep in shape.

Wheelchair basketball is a sport which provides exercise, physical fitness and competitive opportunities. Rules for wheelchair basketball vary little from standard basketball rules with minor changes to reflect the use of a wheelchair.

Infant Massage Class
This free course is design to teach parents/caregivers proper massage strokes (based on Swedish massage, Indian massage and reflexology) and general information on infants and the benefits of massage. This class is open to any baby or infant in his or her pre-crawling stage (also available for children with significant gross motor delays).

This course takes place at the Abbotsford office on September 11th, 18th, 25th and October 2nd from 2–3p.m. All four session must be attended to receive a certificate of completion.
